This is Who I am…..and how I can assist you!

My Bio:  Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to check out this great informational web site. Now allow me to take this moment to tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Jeff Mertl and I currently reside in Nipomo, CA. I was born and raised in Federal Way, WA and moved to the beautiful Central Coast in 2002. I have had the immense privilege of getting to know the area extremely well and everything it has to offer. Not only have I lived here since 2002, but my family has called this area home since 1989. My father-in-law and his family moved here and has run a successful business in Grover Beach. I am married to my best friend and we have a 3 month old, our first, that we enjoy learning from daily. I attended college at Western Washington University and excelled in many after school activities as well. I look at all challenges and face them head on. There isn't a greater satisfaction in life than over-coming challenges. Now that I am working in the real estate industry,  I can focus on what I enjoy most.  The team at C. Green Real Estate Co. has made excellent customer service a cornerstone. I devote significant attention to each and every client that cannot be found in a big box approach to real es-tate. Because of our independence , the boutique approach that C.
